Getting Started with Archetypal Astrology: The Hero’s Journey

Thank you for your interest in Archetypal Astrology: The Hero’s Journey! Here you will find some forms and agreements that you’ll need to complete and review before we can get started. You’ll also find a short video clip on Human Consciousness and a link to purchase the required textbook for the process, Transcending the Levels of Consciousness by Dr. David R. Hawkins. 

Please note that acceptance into Archetypal Astrology: The Hero’s Journey is by interview only. In general, you will need to have at least one individual Astrology Consultation before you can begin this program. 

Step 1: Download and install the latest version of Adobe Reader
(9.x or higher).

All of the forms and worksheets that you will be using are designed to be filled out on your computer. You can then save and print these forms, or, as needed, eMail the completed (and digitally signed) forms back to me. In order for this to work, you will need to have the latest free version of Adobe Reader installed on your computer.

Step 2: Download and complete the Hero’s Journey Consent Form and the Counseling Questionnaire.

Please open these forms using the latest version of Adobe Reader and fill them in online. Both forms need to be returned to me before your first appointment. Save the completed forms to your computer and then eMail them to Kevin[at]TheRealAstrology.com.

Guidelines and Agreements.

Step 4: Watch the “Mapping Human Consciousness Video” clip.

The following video excerpt from Astrology & The Law of Attraction will help get you up to speed with the Map of Consciousness and the different Kingdoms of Consciousness. The levels of consciousness are fundamental to the work you will be doing in The Hero’s Journey.

Step 5: Download, complete and return the workbook exercises for your first session.

Before the start of your first session, you will need to download and complete the Session 1 workbook exercises. Fill out the exercises in the file using the latest version of Adobe Reader, and save the file to your hard drive. Then eMail the file to Kevin[at]TheRealAstrology.com at least two days before your first session.

Step 6: Purchase a copy of the required reading for The Hero’s Journey.

The required textbook for Archetypal Astrology: The Hero’s Journey is Transcending the Levels of Consciousness by Dr. David R. Hawkins. You will have weekly reading assignments from this book, starting with your first session. You will need to have a copy of this book before you begin the program.
